Bacon & Thomas Presents in China
On October 30, 2010, Felix D'Ambrosio, Gene Mar and George Chen of Bacon & Thomas, PLLC, delivered a presentation on U.S. patent litigation at the Third International Intellectual Property Rights Forum of Sanjiaozhou held in Shunde District, Guangdong, China, with Mr. D'Ambrosio being a keynote speaker. The forum included approximately 200 attendees from the enterprise, government and private practice sectors.

The main purposes of the Forum are: 1) promoting Chinese-US exchanges and cooperation in intellectual property rights; 2) enhancing companies’ awareness of intellectual property, how to create, manage and protect their property rights to avoid risk; 3) provide guests with the international legal information about intellectual property rights.
